Northwest Hates Dogs

Their pet fee (one way) went from $80 to $150. Yesterday.
We called to reserve their spot. Today.
I guess they must really need money because they wouldn't give us the old fee (the one that was on their website when we booked)....even though we talked to lots of people.
I fly with them a lot - we have frequent flyer miles. They have our email addresses. But never did we get an email saying the pet fee was going up.
Because Northwest hates dogs.
And apparently, loyal customers.
My next trip will be to use up the frequent flyer miles, and then we'll fly other airlines.
Ones that don't hate dogs.
